Tales of the People is a Master of Architecture thesis that explores how storytelling and folklore can shape design strategies for a cultural centre in Winnipeg, fostering inclusivity for immigrants in a multicultural city. The research involves artistic interpretations of folklore, and architectural translations of traditional forms of storytelling, including puppetry, that preserve and promote local communities.
